A: No, we do not take reservations. However, if you are a member of our MVP Club (membership is FREE), you can access priority seating online which will allow you to request a table at a specific time and location. Please note, select days and times may not be available. When you arrive at your selected time and location, you’ll receive the next available seat.
Q: Does ESPN Zone charge a cover charge?
>A: No, there is no cover charge to come into ESPN Zone; however, during select games there may be a minimum food and beverage purchase requirement in our dining rooms.
Q: Do you have to be a certain age to enter ESPN Zone?
>A: Guests of all ages are more than welcome here at ESPN Zone. Our only age restriction is that anyone under 18 must be accompanied by someone 21 years or older.
Q: How can I celebrate my birthday at ESPN Zone?
>A: Birthday packages for 10 or more Guests are available at all locations. To get information quickly, please call the ESPN Zone nearest you and request to speak to the Sales Department. >A: Yes, all ESPN Zone locations have FREE wireless internet access. Q: Can I make a MVP Priority Seating request for more than 10 people?
>A: Currently our system allows requests for parties of 1-10. For parties of 20 or more, contact the Sales Department at your local ESPN Zone for special pricing. All other Guests are seated on a first come, first served basis.
Q: Can I make a MVP Priority Seating request for the same day?
>A: Currently you can make a MVP Priority Seating request 24-72 hours in advance. Same day requests are not available.
Q: Can ESPN Zone accommodate food allergies?
>A: Our menu, which can be viewed at www.espnzone.com, is extensive and flexible, and we are confident that guests with most allergies can find a great meal. We encourage you to speak with the chef on duty when you arrive, so you may discuss your specific dietary concerns. The chef will be happy to assist you in making an informed decision.
Q: How can I determine how many points are left on my game card?
>A: To determine the value of your game card, you may email us at comments@espnzone.com, letting us know the number on the back of your card, as well as the location where the card was purchased, and we'll be happy to let you know the remaining point balance.
Q: How can I order merchandise that I purchased at one of your locations?
>A: We currently do not have an online ESPN Zone store, though you may be able to find the item you're looking for by visiting www.espn.com, and clicking on the "shop" link in the top right. Alternatively, you may order ESPN and ESPN Zone merchandise by phone, by calling (714) 300-3776 and asking for the Retail Store.
Q: Do you have wireless internet access?
>A: Yes, all ESPN Zone locates have FREE wireless internet access.
Q: Does ESPN Zone grant charitable requests for donations?
>A: ESPN Zone is dedicated to supporting our local communities by strongly endorsing selected charitable events throughout the year. To request a donation, please send us a letter on your organization's letterhead at least six weeks prior to your scheduled event. In your letter, please include the date, nature, and beneficiary of your event, as well as the contact information and address where a donation may be sent. Please send your letter to your local ESPN Zone (address is located under directions). Alternatively, you may fax your letter to your local ESPN Zone. Due to the high volume of requests, we are unable to facilitate charitable donations by phone.
Q: How do you seat the recliners in the front row of your screening rooms?
>A: The recliners are seated on a first come, first served basis. They can also be requested through MVP Priority Seating.
Q: Is ESPN Zone a good place for kids/families?
>A: ESPN Zone is a family friendly environment that is suitable for Guests of all ages. We do ask that Guests under 18 be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to sit at the bar.
